Using Microsoft Outlook and OneNote in Daily and Weekly Planning
(On-Site Class)
Duration: Half a day.
Site requirements:
Boardroom, white board (or flip chart pad), presentation system. Every participant needs access to a computer running Outlook and OneNote.
Hints & Suggestions:
It would be helpful if each participant had a system running MS Outlook and OneNote with access to their own information (PST files).
Purpose:
This is short course on how to really work with Outlook and with OneNote. The emphasis in this class is on working with more advanced features in Outlook (defining your own views for example) and seeing how Outlook and OneNote work extremely well together in most business settings. The topic of daily and weekly planning is used to illustrate these two packages.
